Store Policies:

• All sales final. Payment due at the time of order. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.
• If an item arrives damaged, please contact me and we can figure out a replacement/refund based on the situation.
• I ship via USPS. If you have questions about International Shipping, please contact me. The shipping rates are based on what I know specifically for Canada, the UK, and the EU. 
• I ship using recyled materials like previously used boxes.

• Do you take commissions?

I take a limited number of embroidery/cross-stitch commissions. These open first on my Patreon and then open to the public via my Twitter account.
